  • Location: IN-PERSON – Mississauga North (Creditview & Derry)

🧩 WHAT’S INVOLVED

The session will be video recorded, and a small number of client representatives will observe.

📝 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Consent Form:
All participants must sign and return a consent form prior to the study, confirming confidentiality.

ID Verification:
We will briefly connect on camera prior to the session to verify government-issued ID. This takes only 2–3 minutes and ensures research integrity.

Recordings are used for research purposes only and will remain confidential.
